★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito aquém do esperado... Atendimento desatento, esqueceram parte do pedido que eram apenas um combo mais um lanche. O refrigerante veio errado, a batata frita murcha e fria. O lanche é bem razoável, veio frio também. Tinham apenas 3 mesas ocupadas, o atendimento ruim não se justifica por estar com muitos pedidos.
Far below expectations... Inattentive service, they forgot part of the order, which was just a combo plus a snack. The soda came wrong, the potato chips shriveled and cold. The snack is very reasonable, it was also cold. There were only 3 tables occupied, the poor service is not justified by having many orders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A muito tempo não frequentava um lugar tão bagunçado, atendimento horrível, atendente com cara de segunda feira depois de umas par na cabeça.rsrsrsr. enfim o lugar bem localizado mas infelizmente os proprietários deveriam rever alguns conceitos de lanchonete padrão americano, muito triste, espero que ao menos leiam aos feedbacks e analisem fazer mudanças urgentes, venderiam bem mais.
It's been a long time since I used to go to such a messy place, horrible service, attendant with a Monday face after a couple in the head. rsrsrsr. at last the place is well located but unfortunately the owners should review some concepts of American standard cafeteria, very sad, I hope they at least read the feedbacks and analyze making urgent changes, they would sell a lot more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lanche excelente, porém o atendimento é péssimo, fui mais de uma vez e infelizmente todas as vezes a experiência foi igual. Realmente se eu tivesse oportunidade de falar ao proprietário iria avisa lo que tem um excelente negócio na mão de péssimas colaboradoras.
Excellent snack, but the service is terrible, I went more than once and unfortunately every time the experience was the same. Really, if I had the opportunity to talk to the owner, I would warn him that he has an excellent business in the hands of terrible collaborators.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A proposta até é muito interessante, entretanto as acomodações não são confortáveis, pois além de os estofados serem finos demais para móveis rústicos e de palet, ficam muito amontoadas, não tendo muito espaço para as pernas. A atendente parece estar deprimida, e para fechar, encontramos cabelo na cebola empanada. 5 tulipas por 20 reais, um bife de picanha por 30 reais, e não é tudo isso que esperava. Não tem um molho especial da casa. O que salvou foi a Heineken zero, que estava geladissima e o copo gelado também. Pelo custo benefício, não volto não, e também não recomendo.
The proposal is even very interesting, however the accommodations are not comfortable, because in addition to the upholstery being too thin for rustic and pallet furniture, they are very crowded, not having much space for the legs. The attendant appears to be depressed, and to top it off, we found hair in the breaded onion. 5 tulips for 20 reais, a sirloin steak for 30 reais, and it's not all I expected. There is no special house sauce. What saved it was the Heineken zero, which was very cold and the glass was cold too. For the price, I won't be back, and I don't recommend it either.
