Quebrou quase toda a mudança, pediu dinheiro emprestado para pagar o motorista, não cumpriu nada do contrato. Passei um relatório de despesas para Sr Fernando e ele disse que vai pagar parcelado. No momento estou aguardando ser ressarcido, porém, caso isso não ocorra PROCESSO NELE. Tenho todas as evidências para serem anexadas aos autos, desde ligação de celular até fotos.

Esta empresa fez minha mudança há quase 1 ano e danificou vários móveis, meu armário de cozinha veio faltando partes e não foi possível fazer a montagem, ou seja perdi o armário a empresa também não fez a montagem doas móveis como previsto em contato, entrei em contato com Sr. Araújo, que se apresentou como gerente da empresa, e o mesmo pediu que eu enviasse o valor dos danos, assim como também arrumasse um montador de móveis e enviasse o valor, pois ele faria o depósito. Paguei um montador de móveis,
peguei o recibo e enviei foto pra o sr. Araújo, porem, esse depósito nunca foi feito, tentei contato inúmeras vezes, até o mesmo bloquear meus contatos para não mais atender minhas ligações e receber minhas mensagens.
Descobri por meio do motorista que trouxe a minha mudança (pois o mesmo deixou seu contato comigo) que o dono da Empresa é o Sr. fernando Vieira, pois bem, meu esposo entrou em contato com o mesmo há cerca de 1 mês, e o mesmo ficou de solucionar o problema, mas infelizmente o sr. Fernando, que é o dono da empresa, também já bloqueou nossos contatos.
Quando entrei em contato com o motorista que trouxe minha mudança, o mesmo me informou que também não recebeu o pagamento pelo seu trabalho.
Tenho armazenada todas as tentativas de reaolver o problema, Como infelizmente não consegui resolver os problemas da forma que uma empresa séria o faria, meu esposo entrou em contato com um advogado aí em Salvador, enviou copia do contrato e cópia do recibo da montagem doa móveis.
Terei que ir à Salvador somente por conta deste problema, quando for marcada a audiência, pois o contrato está em meu nome.
Mas o quero deixar registrado aqui é que NÃO CONTRATEM ESTA EMPRESA, NÃO É UMA EMPRESA SÉRIA, NÃO CUMPRE O QUE ESTÁ NO CONTRATO!
Complemento a avaliação em reposta ao Sr. Fernando que respondeu-me dizendo que não foi ele quem fez minha mudança e que eu sei disso.
O que eu eu sei Sr. Fernando é que tenho um contrato empresa, tendo o seu nome como proprietário e o que sei também é que no dia da minha mudança o sr estava na minha casa juntamente com sr Araújo (que se dizia gerente da empresa) ajudando a embalar as coisas, e o sr. Araújo até saiu antes de finalizar, quem finalizou minha mudança foi o sr.

I found out through the driver who brought my change (as he left his contact with me) that the owner of the Company is Mr. fernando Vieira, well, my husband got in touch with him about 1 month ago, and the himself was left to solve the problem, but unfortunately mr.
