★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Espera muito grande,estive na pediatria e meu neto estava machucado por um tombo e teve que aguardar na enfermaria com outras crianças gripadas tossindo, fazendo inalação,achei arriscado principalmente numa pandemia. A médica que atendeu foi excelente e a enfermagem TB

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento da maternidade é muito boa. Dr edgard é o melhor médico do mundo, a pior é a Dra. VIVIAN se puderem evitar o plantão dela evitem ao máximo, muito grossa não gosta de explicar nada. As enfermeiras todas nota mil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de deixar aqui registrado minha gratidão pela equipe médica, de enfermeiros e técnicos que cuidaram da minha sogra com o maior carinho. Desde março entre indas e vindas do hospital todas as vezes foi super bem atendida, Dr. Veronica, Dr. Ana Paula, Dr. Matheus Xavier, enfermeiro Edmilson, e toda equipe que não lembro o nome de todos agora, mas que Deus abençoe grandemente e continue dando forças porque mesmo na exaustão, naquela loucura toda, o carinho com os pacientes era surreal.. OBRIGADA, OBRIGADAAA!!! ❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ganhei minha bebê em maio de 2021, atendimento péssimo das enfermeiras elas me trataram com indiferença parecia que eu e todas as mamães que ali estavam eram um peso pra elas, sem contar que elas tiram sarro da nossa cara, ahhhhh e fora as festinhas constantes só se ouve elas no corredor.
É claro que algumas são Excelentes, mas a minha experiência foi péssima dês de que cocomeçaram os monitoramentos.
I had my baby in May 2021, terrible service from the nurses they treated me with indifference it seemed that I and all the moms who were there were a burden to them, not to mention that they make fun of our face, ahhhhh and apart from the constant parties only you hear them in the hallway.
Of course, some are Excellent, but my experience has been bad since the monitoring started again.

Estou com probleminha nada grave porém a enfermeira me atendeu como se tivesse algo transmissível estou com 39 semanas de gestação e senti muito mal sai aos choro por tamanho constrangimento a ignorância de ter feito o procedimento eu e nem uma outra gestante não merecia isso.
I spent 4 times in the maternity ward today was the worst of so many other times I spent.
I have a little problem, nothing serious, but the nurse treated me as if I had something transmissible. I'm 39 weeks pregnant and I felt really bad, I cried because of such embarrassment, the ignorance of having done the procedure, I and no other pregnant woman didn't deserve this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior possível, minha mãe entrou lá com fratura de fêmur, foi operada as 5 da tarde, deram alta as 10 da manhã do doa seguinte, saiu de lá com covid, pneumonia, infecção de urina grave, voltou 2 dias depois, os rins pararam, deram alta, voltei no pronto Socorro 2 dias depois com ela com saturação 79, foi pra casa, 7 dias depois começou a vomitar, pronto Socorro dinovo, hoje 16/02/2022, está novamente no hospital com pneumonia e a infecção que não foi curada da primeira vez, ou são muito incompetentes os médicos, ou comprarao o diploma, ou são ao são medicos, total descaso, pessoas jogadas nos corredores como lixos, enfermeiros cansados e estressados com a própria profissão tratando pacientes horror. com arrogância um verdadeiro. Vamos ver agora se irão fazer algo pela minha mãe de 80 anos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O hospital está obrigando acompanhantes a ficar 24 horas, e só tem uma cadeira de plástico para ficar todo esse tempo.Oferecem uma comida péssima e o acompanhante não pode sair pra comprar comida. Conversei com a assistente social Kesima, por telefone e ela me informou que "se vc trouxer o teste de COVID poderá ficar 12 horas, mas se o teste for feito no hospital terá que ficar 24 horas". Perguntei pra ela se isso era uma forma de punição por não ter o teste comprado e ela me respondeu que sim.
Estranhei ouvir isso de uma assistente social.

I talked to social worker Kesima over the phone and she informed me that "if you bring the COVID test you can stay 12 hours, but if the test is done in the hospital you will have to stay 24 hours".
