★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei pela internet nesta loja em 14/01/21 para receber em casa em 3 horas e no sistema de acompanhamento estenderam o prazo para dia 18/01/21... pense na urgências que transformou 3 horas em 4 dias de espera.
 I bought online at this store on 1/14/21 to receive it at home in 3 hours and the monitoring system extended the deadline to 1/18/21 ... think about the urgencies that transformed 3 hours into 4 days of waiting.

I love promotions, especially chocolates. However, it leaves something to be desired in the service. Huge lines and a single cashier. Maximum 2!

I'm trying to get in touch with someone over the phone and nothing to get. And about a product that I returned to the store and they didn't give me any proof of return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O gerente desse loja é péssimo,mal educado foi do horário de 15:30 fui passar minhas compras no caixa fui pegar uma caixa de copos a embalagem estava rasgada eu na vi caiu um copo,quebrou como tava rasgado e eu não tinha visto coloquei de volta ele saiu no meio do caixa falando que vc quebrou tem pagar ,eu com educação disse mais estava rasgado não tive culpa aí ficou me constrangendo na fila que tava enorme que passei a maior vergonha tive que pagar se não corria o risco dele chamar até um segurança com a falta de educação dele ainda estou pensando se não volto lá amanhã no mesmo horário só pra pegar o nome dele e abrir uma ação contra ele e a empresa pela vergonha que passei por desorganização da loja .

The manager of this store is terrible, it was rude at 3:30 pm I went to spend my purchases at the cashier I went to get a box of glasses the packaging was torn I didn't see a glass fell, it broke as it was torn and I had not seen it back he came out in the middle of the cashier saying that you broke you have to pay, I politely said it was torn up I wasn't to blame then it was embarrassing me in the queue, it was huge and I was so embarrassed I had to pay if I didn't run the risk of him calling to one security with his lack of education I'm still wondering if I don't go back there tomorrow at the same time just to get his name and file a lawsuit against him and the company because of the shame I went through for the disorganization of the store.
Horrible experience grade zero!
