★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, fila dos caixas demora muito mesmo sem clientes, eles te obrigam a baixar um aplicativo e a fila fica parada por mais de 20 minutos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só não dou zero pq não tem essa opção. Lugar péssimo!!! Sem caixa disponível, uma demora enorme e além disso se forma uma fila gigante por conta das compras pelo aplicativo e não dão conta de atender.

Estou tentando recuperar o acesso da minha conta no site da Americanas e não consigo. Não lembro a senha e não mandam o email de recuperação de senha. Já estou tentando a dias.
Tenho um problema: comprei um computador pelo aplicativo e retirei na loja dia 11/03/2022. Porém quero devolver ou trocar por outro modelo, este está com muita lentidão e trava direto. Quando trava eu tenho que desligar tudo e esperar algumas horas para voltar o normal.
Meu trabalho é nas redes sociais e uso para estudo, ou seja, não uso programação para ele ficar tão lendo e com tanta travas.
Já entrei em contato com o pessoal da SAMSUMG que sugeriu que eu levasse o produto para assistência técnica especializada deles, mas vamos ser razoáveis né: eu comprei não tem 1 mês!!!
