★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentável, constrangedor, quando ser precisa fazer uma troca de um cartucho depois de várias tentativas de me ludibriar e não querer realizar a troca, depois de entender que eu não iria abrir mão do meu direito, resolveram abrir um protocolo depois de mais de uma hora de constrangimento, onde até a possibilidade de que eu havia comprado errado, ainda assim saí da loja sem efetuar a troca, uma vergonha para uma loja com o prestígio das lojas Americanas.
