★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja com muita variedade de produtos de cama, mesa, banho, brinquedos, eletronicos roupas, e muitas outras coisas que não se encontra e muitas lojas em Tianguá. Tem estacionamento é localizado no centro. Tem bom atendimento,ar condicionado. Só demora um pouquinho no caixa em dias de muito movimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente com pouca variedade de produtos. As músicas colocadas no som são péssimas! Repetitivas, Sem cultura, sem animação, entristecem os consumidores! Deveriam melhorar na escolha das músicas. Outro ponto negativo são os funcionários, eles te julgam com o olhar logo na chegada. Não dão bom dia, não sorriem, não são gentis, não fazem caso dos clientes, a gente chega lá na bancada eles fingem que não têm ninguém ali...algumas máquinas de checar preço não funcionam, os funcionários ficam discutindo entre si, ou rindo, na maioria das vezes estão fofocando, é constrangedor. Os funcionários tbm não usam máscara, isso é horrível! E o pior é ter que pegar uma fila enorme pq só tem um caixa disponível, as vezes dois, quando o sistema não trava....enfim....poderiam melhorar nesses quesitos.
Environment with little variety of products. The songs put on the sound are terrible! Repetitive, without culture, without animation, sadden consumers! They should improve the choice of songs. Another negative point is the staff, they judge you with their eyes on arrival. They do not say good morning, they do not smile, they are not kind, they ignore customers, we get there at the counter they pretend they have no one there ... some price checking machines do not work, employees are arguing with each other, or laughing, most of the time they are gossiping, it's embarrassing. TBM employees do not wear a mask, this is horrible! And the worst thing is to have to take a huge queue because there is only one cashier available, sometimes two, when the system does not crash ... anyway ... they could improve in these areas.
