★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento dos funcionários com o cliente péssimo demora no atendimento nos caixas maioria não sabe te responder sobre determinado produtos enfim estão precisando melhorar a capacitação pra melhor atendimento ao cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma das moças que atendem nos cxs...me tratou com muita frieza e má vontade...prefiro omitir o nome da mocinha, porém acredito que com cx ela deveria ser mais receptiva com os clientes, aos quais não está prestando nenhum favor, apenas cumprindo seu serviço.Uma jovem que não sabe sorrir...de cara amarrada não mantém o cliente e sim, afasta o cliente da loja. Outra cx...que estava como suoervisora na icasião,também me forneceu informações equivocadas sobre a possibilidade de troca de produtos...num primeiro.momento orientou-me a imprimir uma nota fiscal, através da Internet pela Nota Fiscal Paulista...feito isso voltei a loja e ela não quis trocar o produto, informou tbem que não poderia trocar as cuecas ainda que a embalagem não estivesse violada, sendo a troca possível. Vale ressaltar que os demais funcionários em geral são receptivos, gentis e até sorridentes, tal qual a gerente que infelizmente estava de férias quando não recebi o tratamento adequado...A gerente é funcionária eficiente, educada, atenciosa e sempre disposta a achar a solução que buscamos quando surge algum problema na compra ou troca de um produto.Minha avaliação seria cinco estrelas, principalmente peli atendimento que me é sempre dispensado por Daniela...a gerente...salvo engano...porém reduzi a avaliação pelo mal atendimento que obtive pelas duas jovens funcionárias tão desagradáveis no atendimento a mim prestado.

The manager is an efficient, polite, attentive employee and always willing to find the solution that we look for when there is a problem in the purchase or exchange of a product. My evaluation would be five stars, mainly for the service that is always given to me by Daniela ... the manager ... unless I am mistaken ... but I reduced the evaluation due to poor service that I got for the two young employees so unpleasant in the service provided to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vou sempre as Americanas. Está uma bagunça fora do comum a loja de Caçapava.. Comprei 4 cxs de Nuts e não tinha preço na gôndola.Qdo cheguei ao caixa ,e aliás só tinha um aberto,reclamei com a funcionária que chamou outra responsável . Essa outra funcionária começou a gritar dizendo que tinha valor no sistema e se eu " ia levar ou não???". Falou tbem q 'se fosse colocar preço em tudo que estava na loja ..e riu ironicamente" Falei ,agora já alto ,q é norma do Procon a existência do preço na gôndola p todos os produtos e ela respondeu " sei a norma..vai levar ou não.."Funcionária foi desrespeitosa e sem educação e não está nem um pouco preocupada com o caos de organização q está a loja.10/12/18 as 18:15
I always go to the Americanas. The store in Caçapava is an unusual mess. I bought 4 boxes of Nuts and there was no price on the gondola. When I arrived at the cashier, and incidentally there was only one open, I complained to the employee who called another person in charge. This other employee started screaming saying she had value in the system and if I "would take it or not???". She also said that if she was going to put a price on everything that was in the store ..and she laughed ironically" I said, now already loud, it is the Procon norm to have prices on the gondola for all products and she replied "I know the norm.. will take it or not.." Employee was disrespectful and uneducated and is not at all worried about the organizational chaos that is in the store. 12/10/18 at 18:15

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um bom lugar para pesquisar preços. E achar promoções, também podendo comprar pela loja online e receber mercadoria na sua cidade ou na sua casa. Um ótimo atendimento, ao cliente. Exceto pelo falta de mais caixas trabalhando simultaneamente oque acaba atrapalhando a perfeita experiência na loja.
