★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa americanas decaiu bastante, funcionários bem desatentos e mal instruídos, mas muito mesmo! falta gerência nessa loja, falta novos funcionários! espero que alguém tome uma providência pois nunca vi uma americanas tão abandonada e perdida como essa na minha vida!
 These Americans have gone downhill a lot, very inattentive and poorly educated employees, but a lot! no management in this store, no new employees! I hope someone takes action because I've never seen an American as abandoned and lost as this in my life!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, fiz uma compra na mesma hora precisei fazer o cancelamento porque queria um outro produto que tinha na loja, a gerente falou que não conseguiria efetuar a troca e me instruiu fazer o cancelamento da compra e passar novamente a compra no meu cartão, até hj não recebi o estorno do valor, sendo que o atendente tinha me falado que eu receberia o valor em poucos minutos. Ninguém me avisou que eu teria que ir até meu banco verificar porque não tinha caído, uma coisa tão simples era só efetuar a troca, não tinha nem saído da loja, cada atendente fala uma coisa

Aparentemente não se sabe o motivo. Uma pena, gostava muito dela, por ter sempre opções de presentes e na pascoa tinha ótimas promoções.
