E sempre que vou, infelizmente a qualidade do atendimento do balcão de caixa é péssima, deixa muito a desejar, sem contar que possui três balcões de caixa e apenas um funciona, e quando esse que funciona trava o sistema ou acontece algum problema com o cliente, a tendência é a fila crescer e ficar tumultuada com a demora do atendimento e não ter quem possa assumir os outros caixas para agilizar o atendimento. Ou tem pessoas no caixa conversando e fazendo outras atividades e não ajudam ou não tem ninguém pra tirar a sobrecarga do funcionário que atende. Infelizmente essa é a realidade do atendimento da Americanas de Barreiros.
I always go there when they have promotions. And whenever I go, unfortunately the quality of service at the cashier counter is terrible, it leaves a lot to be desired, not to mention that it has three cash counters and only one works, and when the one that works crashes the system or there is a problem with the customer , the tendency is for the queue to grow and become tumultuous with the delay in service and not having someone who can take over the other cashiers to speed up the service. Or there are people at the cashier talking and doing other activities and they don't help or there's no one to take the burden off the employee who attends. Unfortunately, this is the reality of the service provided by Americanas de Barreiros.
