Eu compro um controlador PS4, que não funciona. Eu pedi para mudar o produto, recebi outro controlador que não funciona de novo. Foi-me pedido que corresse em outra loja para mudar o produto novamente. Eu disse que não tinha tempo e pedi para ser reembolsado porque seus produtos estavam com defeito.
O gerente sem cabelo não queria me devolver meu dinheiro e me disse para assistir com Playstation. 24H não havia passado entre minha compra e meu pedido de reembolso. A Loja Americana vende produtos de baixa qualidade com serviço deplorável e não hesita em roubá-lo por não lhe pagar de volta. Eu aconselho todos os estranhos a irem para Kallunga ou Carrefour. Além disso, a Loja Americana não dá nenhum conselho sobre os produtos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hoje às 20h15 e a loja estava fechada mesmo dizendo que fecha 21h20. Tinha pesquisado antes justamente o horário de funcionamento para poder ir. Pelo menos ajustem isso.
I went today at 8:15 pm and the store was closed even though it says it closes at 9:20 pm. I had researched before just the opening hours to be able to go. At least adjust this.

Verifiquei que foram atualizadas a cinco dias atrás, dizendo que a loja fecha às 21:20 porém passei por duas lojas, na Av Henrique Schaumann e da R dos Pinheiros entre 20:15 e 20:30 e ambas estavam fechadas! Falta de respeito ao consumidor postar um horário no site e praticar outro ?
