 It says it opens at 9:00 hrs but it doesn't open! Worst store, no customer commitment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um cartão da Google play e o mesmo veio danificado com o código apagado, fui a loja o atendente falou para eu entrar em contato com o suporte da google que não poderia resolver nada,fiquei indignada pois não consegui entrar em contato com o suporte da google e acabei ficando sem o crédito do cartão .
Ao meu ver se a loja vende ela que tem ter a responsabilidade da troca!!
I bought a Google play card and it came damaged with the erased code, I went to the store the attendant told me to contact google support who could not solve anything, I was outraged because I was unable to contact support google and ended up running out of credit card.
In my opinion if the store sells it it has to take responsibility for the exchange !!
