Um desrespeito ao consumidor. Ao menos atualizem as informações por aqui!

Terrible service from employees Jenifer and Jessica, they force you to use the love app and they don't sell if you don't pay for their app, I tried to make a purchase of more than 100 reais and was banned because I wanted to pay by QRCode. Total contempt for the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei muito do espaço físico apesar de alguns setores serem um pouco desorganizados comparado as outras Americanas. Mas é excelente poder pedir pelo app e ir retirar na loja.
I really liked the physical space despite some sectors being a little disorganized compared to other Americanas. But it's great to be able to order through the app and go pick it up at the store.

Agente não saber horário que funciona.
Porque esse horário que está Google e mentira . Tem dia que ABRE 10:00 manhã e fecha 21:00 ou antes disso.
Final de semana funciona quando que.
Pelo menos coloquem um placa informando que não vai funcionar. Uma loja desse jeito , que funciona quando que, e melhor nem ter.
