No dia 17/04/2018 estive na loja peguei meus produtos que queria e na hora de passar pelo caixa quando fui pagar o caixa não tinha troco para me dar. Pediu gentilmente que voltasse mais tarde pois abre o caixa com 30 reais de troco. Muito decepicionada sai da loja. Me desculpe mais uma loja do porte das Americanas deveria avaliar esta questão. Sai com dinheiro na mão sem o que queria comprar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento é bom, equipe bem treinada porém o fundo da loja , setor de cds e dvd não dá pra chegar de TANTA BAGUNÇA DE CAIXAS por várias vezes fui comprar dvd lá e acabei comprando pela internet , além de produtos faltando nas prateleiras , falta de troco .... Parece uma loja que abriu ontem , que investiu no pessoal e se esqueceu do merchandising.
Service is good, well trained staff but the bottom of the store, sector of CDs and DVDs can not get so much BAGUNÇA BOXES several times went to buy dvd there and ended up buying over the internet, in addition to missing products on shelves, lack of change ....
