★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amo os preços, porém a loja está sempre bagunçada. Produtos em lugar errado, muitas vezes sem preço e é difícil achar o que procura. Em dia de Black Friday já fiquei 1h30min na fila esperando para pagar.
 I love the prices, but the store is always messy. Products in the wrong place, often without price and it is difficult to find what you are looking for. On a Black Friday day I already stood in the queue for 1h30min waiting to pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pra começar eu perguntei pra uma atendente onde tinha água, ela disse que achava que só tinha perto do caixa. Outra coisa ruim, a água tinha acabado. Como uma rede desse tamanho deixa os produtos acabarem assim? E pra terminar, quando fui pagar o que eu comprei só tinha um caixa atendendo uma fã gigante numa loja dentro de um Shopping em pleno sábado! Pior loja da rede que eu já fui, bem ruim mesmo.
For starters I asked an attendant where there was water, she said she thought she only had it near the cash register. Another bad thing, the water was over. How does a network of this size let products end up like this? And to finish, when I went to pay what I bought there was only a cashier serving a giant fan in a store inside a mall on Saturday! Worst chain store I've ever been to, really bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei neste sábado (31/07) uma promoção que tinha de kit Kat e ao passar no caixa o atendente não passou o preço da promoção ou seja paguei o preço normal e só fui conferir quando estava em casa... então estou muito insatisfeita com o atendimento
I bought this Saturday (07/31) a promotion that had kit Kat and when passing the cashier the clerk did not pass the price of the promotion or I paid the normal price and only checked when I was at home ... so I'm very dissatisfied with the attendance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demora no atendimento, comprei um fone de ouvido de péssima qualidade e testei dentro da loja mesmo, fiz a troca como orientado pela gerente, porem a troca demorou mais de 30 minutos e pegaram tantos dados que me desmotivou a levar o produto.
Resultado, insatisfação e raiva ...

Few employees on the gondolas, the escort materials were mixed, messy. No more good deals, cashier staff, helpful and attentive.
