Experience in this American store here in Paulista was HORRIBLE. I always buy in American stores, but this one in Paulista NEVER AGAIN. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

â â â â â NĂŁo entendi o porquĂȘ da loja abrir as 7:30h, se o atendimento para retirar compras feitas pela internet sĂł começa Ă s 9:00h. Cheguei as 8:00h e vou ter que esperar atĂ© as 9:00h a pessoa responsĂĄvel por esse atendimento. Seria melhor se abrisse a loja toda Ă s 9:00 para evitar esse desconforto ao chegar na loja e ter que esperar mais 1h para ser atendida.
I did not understand why the store opens at 7:30 am, if the service to collect purchases made over the internet only starts at 9:00 am. I arrived at 8:00 am and I will have to wait until 9:00 am the person responsible for this service. It would be better if you opened the store all at 9:00 am to avoid this discomfort when arriving at the store and having to wait another 1 hour to be served.

â â â â â Essa unidade nĂŁo tem respeito com o cliente vocĂȘ marca o horĂĄrio pra buscar um produto, na parte da tarde chega Ă s 15:10 a loja estĂĄ fechada sendo que o HorĂĄrio de funcionamento Ă© atĂ© Ă s 17:40 a loja com funcionĂĄrios e eles nĂŁo podem fazer a simples coisa de pegar um produto confirmar o cĂłdigo e vocĂȘ ir pra casa, tem que se deslocar no outro dia pra pegar, total falta de respeito se for fechar informa antes a quem tem pedido para retirar
This unit has no respect for the customer, you make an appointment to pick up a product, in the afternoon it arrives at 15:10 the store is closed and the opening hours are until 17:40 the store has employees and they cannot do the simple thing of picking up a product confirm the code and you go home, you have to go the other day to pick it up, total lack of respect if you are going to close inform the person who has asked to withdraw it

I bought it through the app, the Easter eggs came from this store and one of the eggs came WRONG, I had a loss of 30.00 reais!
