Tem produtos de Celulares e Smartphones, produtos de Móveis nem sempre com o preço atrativo, mas as vezes com preço muito bom e produtos de Eletrodomésticos. Além de claro diversas peças de decoração para sua casa, vc tbm encontra roupas, masculinas, femininas e até msm infantis. Sem falar que vc tbm encontra uma gama de guloseimas.
The store offers a wide variety of products that aim to meet the needs of the public attending our primary area. There are products of Cellphones and Smartphones, Furniture products not always with attractive prices, but sometimes with very good prices and Appliances products. Besides of course several pieces of decoration for your home, you also find clothes, male, female and even children's msm. Not to mention that you also find a range of goodies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendedor da parte de celular, me empurrou um seguro, informando que eu teria direito após o prazo de um ano, de realizar a troca do meu aparelho por outro, ficaria com o crédito do valor que paguei para trocar por outro. É de muito mal caráter mentir sobre um seguro para fechar uma meta de vendas. E ninguém da loja está nem aí. Entrei em contato com a assegurada e a mesma confirmou que o vendedor falou coisas que não eram verídicas sobre o seguro
Conselho, não compre celulares com seguros lá. Mentem na cara de pau para os clientes informando benefícios que não existem para efetuar a venda.
Cell phone seller, pushed me insurance, stating that I would have the right after one year to exchange my device for another, I would be credited with the amount I paid to exchange for another one. It is very bad character to lie about insurance to close a sales target. And nobody in the store cares. I contacted the insured and it confirmed that the seller said things that were not true about the insurance
Advice, don't buy cell phones with insurance there. Lie in the face to customers informing benefits that do not exist to make the sale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perda de tempo e ineficiencia. Fui pegar um produto que comprei online, estava com minha bebe e so tinha 2 pessoas que faziam esse servico. A gerente Raissa me ignorou desde o inicio e fez tudo menos me atender, enquanto a outra atendente ainda atendeu outras pessoas na minha frente mesmo quando eu deveria ser preferencial. No final me fizeram esperar mais de 20 minutos em pé simplesmente para me dar uma informaçao! Fico admirada como um market place como a americanas consegue ser TÃO ineficiente com gente tão inútil como Raissa em posiçao de liderança. Nunca mais volto ali
Waste of time and inefficiency. I went to get a product I bought online, I had my baby and there were only 2 people who did this service. The manager Raissa ignored me from the beginning and did everything but answer me, while the other attendant still answered other people in front of me even when I should be preferred. In the end they made me wait more than 20 minutes standing up just to give me information! I am amazed how a market place like American women can be SO inefficient with people as useless as Raissa in a leadership position. I'll never go back there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisam trabalhar melhor o troco. Várias vezes já fui e o caixa não tinha trocado. Mas a Loja tem bastante variedade pelo tamanho que tem. Preços muito bom.
They need to work their change better. Several times I went and the cashier hadn't changed. But the Store has a lot of variety due to the size it has. Prices very good.
