É certo que não tem a mesma variedade da loja virtual, mas dá para fazer boas compras. Quanto ao estacionamento, é cobrado, mas com vagas suficientes, só tomar cuidado nos dias de jogos no Morumbi, que aqui costuma encher...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente já estava até acostumada com o atendimento ruim da rede em si, mas após minha última compra on-line pra retirada na loja, tive a certeza de que esse erro não cometo mais.
Além de não cumprir com os prazos a desorganização pra poder retirar o produto é lamentável. A rede de lojas não tem respeito algum pelos clientes.
Unfortunately I was even used to the poor service of the network itself, but after my last online purchase for withdrawal in the store, I was sure that this mistake no longer make.
Besides not meeting the deadlines the disorganization to be able to remove the product is unfortunate. The chain of stores has no respect for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu fui comprar um patinete para minha filha que está anunciado no site. Tinha outros modelos. Eu solicitei ajuda para saber se havia aquele que eu queria. Uma pessoa da loja disse que aquele não era o setor dela, mas que ela iria chamar alguém do setor. Ela foi para outro local e não voltou mais. Um atendimento muito ruim.
I went to buy a scooter for my daughter which is advertised on the site. There were other models. I asked for help knowing if there was one I wanted. One person at the store said this was not her business, but she would call someone in the business. She went elsewhere and never came back. A very bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei na fila por absurdos 15 minutos, afinal, de 9 caixas, ape as 2 estavam abertos na semana de Natal. Então, descobri que não aceitam pagamento pelo celular. Como que praticamente em 2021 uma loja do porte das americanas não aceita pagamentos por aproximação? O boteco da esquina aceita! Por poucos caixas e sistema ultrapassado, merece essa avaliação. De melhorarem isso eu melhoro aqui.
I stood in line for an absurd 15 minutes, after all, 9 boxes, only 2 were open on Christmas week. Then, I discovered that they do not accept payment by cell phone. How is it that in 2021 a store the size of the Americans does not accept payments by approximation? The corner bar accepts! For few boxes and outdated system, it deserves this assessment. If they improve it, I improve it here.
