Americanas de Parnaíba é simplesmente a pior de todas, pois em nenhum outro lugar visualizo tantas cenas de destrato e desrespeito ao cliente como no estabelecimento da Americanas do Parnaíba Shopping, na cidade de Parnaíba -PI. O desrespeito começar com as enormes filas e o absurdo de tempo que você gosta para chegar ao caixa e tentar pagar a mercadoria. Ao final, você é atendido por funcionários grosseiros, despreparados e arrogantes. É com se você tivesse pedido um favor e não pagando caro por um serviço! Serviço esse de péssima qualidade, cumpre ressaltar a falta de informações adequadas e a publicidade quase que enganosa por falta de informações suficientes ao cliente!
The worst customer service ever! Americanas of Parnaíba is simply the worst of all, because nowhere do I see as many scenes of disrespect and disrespect to the client as in the establishment of Americanas do Parnaíba Shopping in the city of Parnaíba-PI. The disrespect starts with the huge queues and the absurd time you like to get to the cashier and try to pay for the merchandise. In the end, you are attended by rude, unprepared and arrogant staff. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os produtos são bons porém, atendimento é PESSIMO ! SE EU pudesse daria estrelas negativas. Os funcionários parecem que não tem conhecimento de nada da loja. Se puderem evitar de comprar lá e bem melhor. Os funcionários enrolam os clientes até não poderem mais. Enfim não volto mais lá!
The products are good, but the service is PESSIMO! IF I could I would give negative stars. The employees seem to be unaware of anything in the store. If you can avoid buying there and much better. Employees wind up customers until they can no longer. Anyway, I'm not going back there!
