★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom espaço, e os preços são razoavelmente bons, se comparados a outras lojas. O único problema é que você passa mais tempo esperando para ser atendido no caixa do que escolhendo algum produto na loja.
 Good space, and prices are reasonably good compared to other stores. The only problem is that you spend more time waiting to be served at the checkout than picking up a product at the store.

Acontece que o local onde faz a retirada, é o mesmo local de informações/compras da plataforma AME. E o absurdo é ter só uma pessoa para fazer esses dois tipos de atendimento.
Uma falta de respeito imenso com o cliente!
Prefiro esperar um/dois dias para entregarem em casa. Pelo menos eu não passo por esse sufoco novamente.
Bad service in the sector of withdrawal of products purchased over the internet!
It turns out that the place where you make the withdrawal, is the same place of information / purchases of the AME platform. And the absurdity is to have only one person to do these two types of care.
An immense lack of respect for the customer!
I prefer to wait one / two days to deliver at home. At least I don't go through that choke again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ atendentes preguiçosos demais, vê o cliente entrar na loja e fica com a cara enfiada no c* com preguiça de atender, trabalham de má vontade, terceira vez já que vou lá e o atendimento é porco. não são todos os atendentes, só a maioria.
too lazy attendants, sees the customer enter the store and gets his face buried in the c*, too lazy to answer, they work grudgingly, third time since I've been there and the service sucks. not all attendants, just the majority.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja visualmente desorganizada, com aparência velha e nem um pouco atrativa. Não tem muita diferença das outras Americanas. Boa variedade de produtos e opções diversas de eletrônicos. Atendimento péssimo, atendentes preguiçosos, desinteressados em atender bem o cliente. Falta uma renovação na logística e inovação no atendimento para a Americanas voltar a ser uma gigante, como era antes.
Visually disorganized store, looking old and not at all attractive. It's not much different from other Americans. Good variety of products and various electronics options. Terrible service, lazy attendants, uninterested in serving the customer well. There is a need for a renewal in logistics and innovation in service for Americanas to go back to being a giant, as it was before.
