Um funcionário da loja, precisou me acompanhar até o elevador, só até o elevador, que fica 10 metros da loja. Precisei andar por todo o shopping com o microondas nos braços, parando aos poucos... Mais respeito com seus clientes Americanas, mais respeito.

As vezes tem fila, mas só pra recebimento então é muito rápido. Isso foi uma ótima evolução das Americanas. As vezes você está indo comprar um doce e não quer enfrentar a fila, de casa mesmo você pede e quando chega no local só faz retirar. Muito bom. Tá de parabéns.
