★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionante! Fui à loja ontem à noite e estava um forno, muito quente, mesmo falando com funcionários foi inútil. Nem todos os produtos estão cadastrados, ou seja, você não consegue comprar tudo e descobri da pior forma, em um atendimento horrível onde o caixa simplesmente retira o produto das suas compras e sequer pede desculpas pela falta de compromisso com quem compra. Atendimento (quando há) displicente, lento, escasso e de péssima qualidade. Clientes não estão indo à loja para pedir favor, são eles que pagam seus salários, tenham um mínimo de respeito.
Disappointing! I went to the store last night and it was an oven, very hot, even talking to employees was useless. Not all products are registered, in other words, you can't buy everything and I found out the worst way, in a horrible service where the cashier simply removes the product from your purchases and doesn't even apologize for the lack of commitment to those who buy. Service (when there is) careless, slow, scarce and of poor quality. Customers are not going to the store to ask for a favor, they are the ones who pay their wages, have a modicum of respect.
