★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto porque consigo comprar itens mais baratos que a concorrência, porém várias coisas não tem preço, muitas mesmo. E não vende ventilador por exemplo, o que pra mim é um erro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Logo na entrada tem espaço para estacionar na calçada da loja sem interromper o movimento de pedestres. Da para cadeirantes circular na calçada e no espaço da loja. Achei a loja pequena! E não tem banheiro para clientes. Ambiente climatizado; com uma boa oferta de mercadorias; você encontra um pouco de tudo que as outras lojas do grupo oferecem. Um bom atendimento.
Right at the entrance there is space to park on the sidewalk of the store without interrupting the movement of pedestrians. Wheelchair accessible on the sidewalk and in the store space. I found the store small! And there is no bathroom for customers. Climatized environment; with a good supply of goods; you find a little bit of everything that the other stores in the group offer. Good service.

Os preços de alguns produtos estão errados, geralmente no caixa nos deparamos com um valor menor do que a etiqueta.
O valor dos games está muito acima do que o praticado em outras lojas, sendo que mesmo em promoção muitas vezes não valem a pena ser adquiridos lá.
This Americanas store has a smaller variety of products than other chain stores.
The prices of some products are wrong, usually at the cashier we are faced with a value less than the label.
The value of games is much higher than that practiced in other stores, and even on promotion they are often not worth buying there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma loja do mesmo padrão das demais só mesmo setor. Oferece bastantes produtos e uma boa diversidade, contudo, no mesmo patamar de outras lojas que ficam no comprar rápido e o suficiente.
Diante do fato de ser o que é, e manter a mesma arquitetura, design e atendimento, já não causa tanta admiração.
Um fator lastimável é a quantidade pequena de caixas (funcionários) que atendem, sobrecarregando as filas, fato esse, inerente às demais lojas da mesma marca.
A store of the same pattern as the others in the same industry. It offers enough products and a good diversity, however, on the same level as other stores that do not buy fast enough.
Faced with being what it is, and maintaining the same architecture, design and service, it is no longer so admirable.
A pitiful factor is the small amount of boxes (employees) that attend, overloading the queues, fact that, inherent to the other stores of the same brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra pelo site das Lojas Americanas para retirada na loja da Alcindo Cacela. Recebi uma mensagem no app e um e-mail informando que o produto já estava disponível para retirada. No dia seguinte fui à loja e funcionário (que também se identificou como o responsável pelo estabelecimento naquele dia, por ser folga do gerente) verificou que o produto estava lá, mas que não podia efetuar a entrega. Alegou que os funcionários que poderiam fazer isso estavam de folga e que eu teria que retornar outro dia. Um absurdo!!! Descaso total com o consumidor! Deveria ter pelo menos um funcionário na loja capaz de efetuar o trabalho.
I made a purchase through the Lojas Americanas website for pickup at the Alcindo Cacela store. I received a message on the app and an email stating that the product was already available for withdrawal. The next day I went to the store and an employee (who also identified himself as the person responsible for the establishment that day, as he was off the manager) verified that the product was there, but that he could not deliver it. He claimed that the employees who could do this were off duty and that I would have to return another day. An absurd !!! Total neglect with the consumer! There should be at least one employee in the store capable of doing the job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre comprei online pra fazer a retirada na loja, porém o atendimento dessa unidade deixou a desejar. Já estava com o produto pago só pra pegar e tive que ficar meia hora em pé esperando resolverem porque não haviam separado o produto e ainda iam separar. Nunca mais coloco pra fazer retirada de produtos nesta loja, prefiro as do shopping.
I always bought online to pick up at the store, but the service of this unit left something to be desired. I already had the product paid for just to get it and I had to stand for half an hour waiting for them to resolve it because they had not separated the product and were still going to separate it. I never put it to pick up products in this store again, I prefer the ones from the mall.
