★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja de Brumado tem uma variedade e às vezes boas promoções. O problema é o mesmo que acontece com a maioria dos estabelecimentos da cidade, preços altos e atendimento. Na loja específica, tem pessoas que te atendem muito bons mas tem outras que deixam a desejar daí infelizmente temos que colocar na balança pra dar a nota.
 The Brumado store has a variety and sometimes good deals. The problem is the same as with most establishments in the city, high prices and service. In the specific store, there are people who serve you very well but there are others who leave something to be desired, so unfortunately we have to put it on the scale to give the grade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lojas Americanas de Brumado não tem praticamente nada.Prateleiras vazias e poucos produtos.Em outras cidades,é uma infinidade de produtos para comprar. Não tem nenhuma variedade principalmente em épocas festivas,o atendimento é horrível. Merecia ser fechada essa loja
Lojas Americanas de Brumado has practically nothing. Empty shelves and few products. In other cities, there is a plethora of products to buy. There is no variety especially during festive seasons, the service is horrible. This store deserved to be closed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem tudo para ser uma boa loja, porém nessa quarenta tento ligar para o número deles e eles não atendem, não sei pra que tem número de atendimento sendo que não atendem, falta de zelo pelo cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima , eu vivo comprando aí mais deveria ter mais caixas atendendo, e a mulher do caixa esqueceu de tirar o lacre aquele negócio que se não tirar apita lá na frente, minha mãe e minhas irmãs passaram a maior vergonha, por falta de responsabilidade dos funcionários, compra paga o brinquedo e quando saiu apita muita irresponsabilidade ( e vê se coloca mais opções de Polly minhas 2 duas irmãs vive comprando, mais as opções estão acabando)
Great, I live shopping there, but there should be more cashiers serving, and the cashier forgot to unseal that thing that if I don't remove it, my mother and sisters were embarrassed, due to lack of employee responsibility , buy pays for the toy and when it came out it beeps a lot of irresponsibility (and see if there are more options for Polly, my two sisters are always buying, but the options are running out)
