★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima. Quando era FIT, a gente ligava e resolvia na hora. A AmericaNet conseguiu ser pior que a NET. Sou professor e estou dando minhas aulas de forma remota e já fazem dois dias que estou sem internet.
 Terrible experience. When it was FIT, we called and solved it right away. AmericaNet managed to be worse than NET. I'm a teacher and I'm teaching my classes remotely and I've been without internet for two days.

Terrible attendance! They make you a sucker at the 0800 and send you to the store. Then go to the store, they tell you to call 0800.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, deu uma problema no roteador fiquei semanas sem internet pois eles não vinham resolver e nem atendiam os Telefones ,pedir pra vim retirar não vieram coloquei outra e até hoje estou com o roteador.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ofereceram um modem novo com a troca do plano e não cumpriram, o valor do serviço veio o novo mas o modem que prometeram não enviaram e quando liguei para saber, empurraram para fazer assistencia tecnica para saber se preciso do modem mas eles aviam falado que iriam enviar e nunca disseram que não iam enviar mais, e quando perguntei se seria cobrado a assistencia tecnica eles apenas ficaram se esquivando da pergunta e não me responderam a pergunta. Se tu ver esse comentario e está procurando uma empresa de internet não recomendo essa empresa.
They offered a new modem with the change of the plan and did not comply, the value of the service came with the new one but the modem they promised they did not send and when I called to find out, they pushed to do technical assistance to know if I need the modem but they said they would go send and they never said they wouldn't send more, and when I asked if I would be charged for technical assistance they just kept dodging the question and didn't answer the question. If you see this comment and are looking for an internet company, I do not recommend this company.
