★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde o primeiro dia tive problemas, demorou 3 dias para a internet funcionar, e quando isso aconteceu não atingiu a velocidade prometida, isso porque o técnico foi em casa 2x para possíveis reparos, detalhe, todo esse transtorno em apenas 2 semanas, agora estou aguardando para conseguir cancelar.
Since the first day I had problems, it took 3 days for the internet to work, and when that happened it didn't reach the promised speed, this because the technician went home 2x for possible repairs, detail, all this inconvenience in just 2 weeks, now I'm waiting to be able to cancel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinha um contrato cancelado com a Fox, e essa empresa assumiu a mesma, e que cobra dívida inexistente, colocando o nome no SPC. Além de não ter um contato em que vc possa ligar. Péssimo atendimento.
It had a canceled contract with Fox, and that company took over the same, and that collects non-existent debt, putting its name on the SPC. Besides not having a contact you can call. Terrible attendance.
