★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom , em relação ao atendimento não tenho o que me queixar , eles nos recebem muito bem , agora em relação a compra do veículo deixam a desejar , pois vendem informando que vão revisar o seu carro e não fazem isso , comprei um carro a um mês atrás, e me disseram que fizeram revisão como : troca de óleo, correa dentada e esticador , porém andando com o carro foi visto que a luz de óleo acendeu indicando nível baixo , troquei o óleo e fiquei admirado no que vi , o óleo estava preto , sujo e muito baixo , pedi o reembolso e não me deram , o mecânico deles é um péssimo profissional , gostaria de pedir a todos que reavaliem primeiro antes de comprar nessa agência!!!!!
 Well, regarding the service I have nothing to complain about, they welcome us very well, now regarding the purchase of the vehicle, they leave something to be desired, as they sell informing that they are going to overhaul their car and do not do this, I bought a car a month ago ago, and they told me they did a revision like: oil change, toothed belt and stretcher, but walking with the car it was seen that the oil light turned on indicating low level, I changed the oil and I was amazed at what I saw, the oil was black , dirty and very low, I asked for a refund and they didn't give it to me, their mechanic is a terrible professional, I would like to ask everyone to reevaluate first before buying at this agency !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a compra de um carro Fiat mobi 2020 com 6.000 kilometro rodados peguei o carro 06/01/2021 quando foi dia 16/01/2021 carro começou a fazer barulho, quando foi dia 18/01/2021 levei na agência eles avaliaram e falaram que era gasolina ruim é que não iriam cobrir a garantia, levai meu carro em mecânico, o mecânico foi dar uma volta para escutar o barulho o carro parou de vez o mecânico avaliou e disse que o moto bateu liguei para agência e eles falaram que não iria cobrir a garantia alegaram que foi a gasolina que botei no carro, falei mais como assim um carro novo bateu o motor conclusão a AMERICO AUGUSTO AUTOMÓVEIS me vendeu o carro ruim já, nunca mais compro carro nessa agência e nem indico.
I made a purchase of a Fiat mobi 2020 car with 6,000 kilometer wheels, I took the car 1/6/2021 when it was 1/16/2021 the car started to make noise, when it was 1/18/2021 I took it at the agency they evaluated and spoke it was bad gasoline that would not cover the warranty, take my car to a mechanic, the mechanic went for a walk to hear the noise the car stopped, the mechanic evaluated and said that the motorcycle crashed I called the agency and they said no it would cover the warranty they claimed it was the gasoline that I put in the car, I talked more about how a new car hit the engine conclusion AMERICO AUGUSTO AUTOMÓVEIS sold me the bad car already, I never buy a car at that agency again, nor do I recommend it.
