★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não costumo criticar pois sei que tem vários pais de família que trabalham nesse lugar e dependem do trabalho, mas não levem como uma critica destrutiva e sim construtiva. Poderiam mudar o atendimento, pois o atual é péssimo, a agilidade que seria o carro chefe infelizmente já não faz parte dessa gráfica o comprometimento dos atendentes em ajudar o cliente, que creio eu ser o principal motivo de se abrir um comércio é deixado de lado, com erros que acredito ser grosseiros e jamais deveriam acontecer (comunicação falha via e-mail, envio de documentos para impressão com dias de antecedência, com data e horário acordado de retirada e ao chegar nem impresso estava). Por isso espero que este comentário chegue a gerência/proprietário e que consigam mudar o modo de atendimento e trabalho, pois sempre há tempo de melhoria.

So I hope that this comment reaches the management / owner and that they are able to change the way of service and work, as there is always time for improvement.
