★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super confiavel de deixar seu peludo nesse local, a parte de fazer higiene nos pets tem uma parede de vidro onde você ver todo o trabalho que está sendo feito, a ultima vez meu theo estava com muitos nós no pelo, eu achei que era impossível tirar sem tosar inteiro, e eles conseguiram, o pelo do theo ficou otimo! Apenas o preço que é salgado, mas vale a pena. Recomendo

Único ponto negativo é rotatividade dos veterinários e o tempo de espera.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei meu cachorro às 8 da manhã (primeiro cliente) e pedi um banho e tosa simples e serviço de transporte. O cachorro ficou 4 horas aguardando e ninguém avisou que ia demorar. Além de tudo, o bichinho fica preso em uma gaiola esse tempo todo como se não fosse um ser vivo. Sem contar que Nem água parece que dão. Toda vida ele chegaorre do de sede. Resultado: tivemos que ir a pé, no sol, buscar o cachorro, porque se não ia ficar até sabe-se lá que horas sem comer e beber.
I left my dog at 8 am (first customer) and asked for a simple bath and grooming and shuttle service. The dog was waiting 4 hours and no one said it would take time. On top of that, the pet is trapped in a cage all this time as if it weren't a living being. Not to mention that Nor water seems to give. Every life he arrives due to thirst.
