Poderiam passar uns dias no estacionamento do hospital Pro Matre pra aprenderem a trabalhar, ajudaria um pouco, mas como educação vem de berço não resolveria 100%

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na data de ontem, 21/07/21, tive dois problemas no estacionamento localizado no Hospital Santa Joana situado na Rua do paraíso, 450. No sábado, 17/07 às 4:51 da manhã dei entrada no estacionamento fechando o pacote de 72 horas. Ontem ao efetuar o pagamento por volta das 17:30, fui informado pelo Sr. Vanderlei (Caixa) que pelo fato das horas terem excedidas, seria necessário pagar por uma diária adicional totalizando R$ 245,00. Nesse momento, NÃO foi informado nenhuma outra informação pelo funcionário da Amirapark, além do pagamento sobre a diária adicional.
Nesse sentido, paguei a quantia, retirei o meu carro aproximadamente às 18:00 e ao retornar com o veículo para o estacionamento por volta das 20:30, o funcionário Rosilvaldo (Caixa substituto) não permitiu a minha entrada. Comentei que eu ainda possuía horas de crédito e que por direito, eu poderia usufruir o tempo restante, mas não fui autorizado. Solicitei o reembolso das horas adicionais, mas o Sr. Rosivaldo comentou que não poderia fazer nada e que eu poderia procurar meus direitos, pois a diária não possui flexibilidade para entrada e saída do veículo (mesmo eu explicando que o antigo caixa não me passou essa informação). Procurei o responsável da unidade, Sr. Washington (Encarregado da unidade), porém sem sucesso. Adicionalmente, quando cheguei em minha residência notei que uma das lanternas traseiras (ré do veículo) não está acendendo.
Acionamos o PROCON e os nossos advogados pra que os ressarcimentos cabíveis a situação sejam efetuados pela empresa! Vamos lutar até o fim!
Yesterday, 21/07/21, I had two problems in the parking lot located at Hospital Santa Joana located at Rua do Paraíso, 450. On Saturday, 17/07 at 4:51 am I entered the parking lot, closing the package of 72 hours. Yesterday, when making the payment around 5:30 pm, I was informed by Mr. Vanderlei (Cashier) that because the hours were exceeded, it would be necessary to pay for an additional daily rate totaling R$ 245.00. At that time, NO other information was informed by the Amirapark employee, in addition to the payment of the additional daily rate.
In this sense, I paid the amount, removed my car at approximately 18:00 and when I returned with the vehicle to the parking lot around 20:30, the employee Rosilvaldo (Deputy cashier) did not allow me to enter. I commented that I still had credit hours and that by right, I could use the remaining time, but I was not authorized. I requested reimbursement for the additional hours, but Mr. Rosivaldo commented that he could do nothing and that I could seek my rights, as the rate does not have flexibility for entering and exiting the vehicle (even though I explained that the old cashier did not give me this information). I looked for the person in charge of the unit, Mr. Washington (In charge of the unit), but without success. Additionally, when I arrived at my residence I noticed that one of the taillights (rear of the vehicle) is not lighting.
We call PROCON and our lawyers so that the appropriate compensation for the situation is made by the company! Let's fight to the end!
