Um lugar com atendimento pĂ©ssimo, a maioria das atendentes arrogantes, apenas as que fazem os ajuste sĂŁo simpĂĄticas, atĂ© mesmo a dona nĂŁo foi legal, passando ar de soberba. Eles NĂO respondem o Whatsapp de forma decente e quando respondem nĂŁo prestam atenção no que a pessoa enviou e perguntam tudo novamente.
Meus parabéns a quem consegue frequentar esse ambiente e até trabalhar com pessoas assim.

A place with terrible service, most of the arrogant attendants, only the ones who make the adjustments are nice, even the owner was not nice, giving a haughty air. They DON'T answer Whatsapp in a decent way and when they answer they don't pay attention to what the person sent and ask everything again.

Mas se vc deixar os vestidos para fazer os assustes tem que ficar em cima porque eles deixam pra entrar em contato no quase no dia que vc vai ao evento.

Triste; pois deveriam saber que aluguel de vestidos Ă© trabalhar com sonhos, nao ter responsabilidades com os sonhos dos outros, Ă© algo deplorĂĄvel.

Contudo, a Ășnica coisa que nos deixou apreensiva foi que, no momento de fechar contrato, foi nos avisado que entrariam em contato conosco 15 dias antes da data combinada para buscar o vestido para que os ajustes pudessem ser feitos, mas esse combinado nĂŁo foi cumprido, visto que fui experimentar meu vestido para ajustes 5 dias antes da data de buscĂĄ-lo e minha irmĂŁ 1 dia antes. Isso nos deixou muito chateadas pois irĂamos viajar para outra cidade para a formatura e nĂŁo sabiam se os vestidos ficariam prontos na data combinada. No final eles ficaram prontos e deu tudo certo.
