Acabei de entrar em contato mais uma vez com o técnico, mais uma vez aplaca não chegou. Solicitei o cancelamento.
Não quero mais.
Deram um prazo de 3 dias para passar orçamento, esse prazo não se cumpriu, depois passam um prazo de 10 dias para entregar, ninguém entra em contato para dizer que iria atrasar novamente, espero mais uns dias e nada! Agora a placa ainda não retornou, dia 05/06/2022 vão fazer dois meses que deixei a cafeteira com eles.
Posso dizer que após conversa com seu funcionário que foi super prestativo, e resolveu o problema, estamos satisfeitos com a máquina funcionando. Mas de fato imprevistos acontecem, mas informe o cliente.

I can say that after talking to your employee who was super helpful and resolved the problem, we are satisfied with the machine working. But in fact unforeseen events happen, but inform the customer.
