Muito atenciosos com os nossos filhos pet, durante a internação mandam mensagem, sempre pedem autorização para realizações de exames, prontificados para nos responder! Nota 10!! O custo vale muito a pena, para o serviço tão bem prestado. Recomendo muito!!!

A Nick teve alguns probleminhas de saúde, mas foi prestado todo suporte e acompanhamento necessário e todos foram cuidados com a excelente equipe. Atendem 24hs, respondem rápido, inclusive via WhatsApp. Recomendamos muito!

Tenho convênio da Porto Seguro Health For Pet, no aplicativo quando realizamos a busca de um estabelecimento com especialidade de clínica médica - hospital 24hrs ou clínicas, logo aparece esse estabelecimento. Levei meu cachorro, quando cheguei fui até o atendimento e informei que tinha o convênio e precisava passar meu cachorro pois ele estava com uma ferida no pescoço podendo ser possível carrapato. O atendente informou que lá era apenas atendimento marcado e estavam cheios. Informei que no app do convênio informava que eles eram 24hrs e ele rebateu informando que eram "Sim! 24hrs, porém o atendimento era por consulta, eles só atendiam caso de urgência/emergência sem agendamento. Disse que iria esperar, e o atendeu reforçou, que eles estavam cheios, que ia demorar muito os atendimentos e que os profissionais já estavam atrasados nos atendimentos. Resumindo, não queriam atender mais um cachorro. Saí de lá desacreditada no mal atendimento, principalmente do atendente que reforça a demora no atendimento, meio que nos expulsando na clínica. No Instagram fiz um comentário informando minha indignação e a clínica me bloqueou nas redes sociais para não expor o mal atendimento do estabelecimento. Liguei na Ouvidoria do convênio e realizei a minha reclamação uma vez que o convênio acaba descredenciando ótimos estabelecimentos para credenciar pressimos estabelecimentos como este.
Não levem seus animais nesta clínica, pois se estiverem cheio " isso porque tinha 03 cachorros" eles vão te forçar a ir embora procurar outro local e se reclamar, vão te bloquear nas redes sociais para não serem expostos ao mal atendimento que nem chegam a prestar.
