★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um total descaso, um serviço essencial e parado, vc se cadastra no site,liga, manda email, vai pessoalmente e encontra um prédio praticamente abandonado,a prefeitura de SP precisa regularizar essa situação, onde vou descartar lixo infectante e resíduos biológicos que são gerados.
 A total neglect, an essential and stopped service, you register on the website, call, send an email, go in person and find a practically abandoned building, the city of SP needs to regularize this situation, where I will discard infectious waste and biological waste that are generated .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou tentando contato via e-mail desde o dia 1° de outubro com diversos e-mails para fzr uma simples alteração de endereço sem resposta alguma!
Tentei ir 3 vezes de forma fisica até o predio da amlurb porém sem ninguem vir falar comigo para ajudar a solucionar o problema.
Essas semanas a LOGA me passou um site dizendo que vocês só aceitariam alterações por meio do mesmo, primeira esperança que me deram para resolver meu problema, porém desde o dia 22/11/2021 fiz a alteração e nada de resolução e nem um tipo de resposta ou confirmação de trabalho!
Ja fiz reclamações na ouvidoria pois são meses e mais de 10 e-mails não respondidos!
I've been trying to contact you via email since October 1st with several emails to make a simple change of address without any response!
I tried to go 3 times physically to the amlurb building but without anyone coming to talk to me to help solve the problem.
These weeks LOGA sent me a website saying that you would only accept changes through it, the first hope you gave me to solve my problem, but since 11/22/2021 I made the change and no resolution or any kind of reply or confirmation of work!
I've already made complaints to the ombudsman as it's been months and more than 10 unanswered emails!

Que coleta ? Se está em análise , e está como reprovado por divergência de endereço sendo que tá tudo certo ? Me enviaram um boleto sem ter a coleta , muito fdptagem na moral que nervoso , mais pra dar multa são ligeiros , quando queremos fazer certo não temos apoio , e ainda fecham o presencial kkkkkkkkk não querem gastar né
