★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lado ruim: O atendimento deixa a desejar. Tosa e banho, tem quem goste, não é o meu caso. Levei meu filhote de shih-tzu e não gostei do atendimento, a tosa que foi feita não me agradou. Os cílios do cachorro foram cortados (quem tem shih-tzu sabe que os cílios dessa raça não devem ser cortados - são enormes). A atendente me tratou de forma grosseira quando eu disse que só queria tosar o cachorro, sem dar banho; além de não querer me vender uma bolinha pet (a desculpa era que a bola era pra gato e que ela não lembrava o valor da mesma). Infelizmente, não voltarei a utilizar os serviços do local, uma pena.
Lado bom: Produtos com valores mais em conta.
Resumindo: Produtos mais baratos, porém atendimento ruim.
Downside: The service leaves something to be desired. Grooming and bathing, some people like it, it's not my case. I took my shih-tzu puppy and I didn't like the service, I didn't like the grooming. The dog's eyelashes have been cut (those who have shih-tzu know that the eyelashes of this breed should not be cut - they are huge). The attendant treated me rudely when I said I just wanted to groom the dog, not bathe; besides not wanting to sell me a pet ball (the excuse was that the ball was for a cat and she didn't remember the value of it). Unfortunately, I will not use the services on site again, a pity.
Good side: Products with more affordable values.
In short: Cheaper products, but poor service.
