★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima , Fiz uma encomenda de um bolo de 4.5 kgs para um evento em 3/jan meu cliente pediu chocolate com coco, ótimo então !!! Sempre pego em lojas em SP, E pra minha felicidade achei a loja de Bertioga , na Riviera ao lado da onde estáva fazendo o evento. Porém qdo fomos retirar ,nós deparamos com um bolo amador , pq o bolo apresentado era de um péssimo acabamento, apresentação medíocre, nada a ver com a proposta .pagamos o valor de R$ 652,00 , (131,00 o kg/ seria justo por um bolo de qualidade e apresentação) e não valia 50,00 reais. Estou aguardando uma reparação moral e financeira do dono ou gerente , pq as atendentes nem sabiam o que falar, ainda tentaram dar.uma maquiada mas ficou pior ainda. Então se vc de Bertioga precisar de bolo, no shopping vc encontra opções melhores ecom valores justos. Mas não é nessa loja Amor aos pedaços , pode ter certeza. Fica a dica
Terrible , I placed an order for a 4.5 kg cake for an event on 3/Jan my client asked for chocolate with coconut, great then !!! I always pick it up in stores in SP, and for my happiness I found Bertioga's store, on the Riviera next to where I was holding the event. But when we went to remove it, we came across an amateur cake, because the cake presented had a bad finish, mediocre presentation, nothing to do with the proposal. fair for a quality cake and presentation) and was not worth 50.00 reais. I'm waiting for a moral and financial reparation from the owner or manager, because the attendants didn't even know what to say, they even tried to give it a make-up but it got even worse. So if you from Bertioga need cake, at the mall you will find better options and fair values. But it's not in this store Love to pieces, you can be sure. Here's the tip

O bolo que nos apresentaram na hora da venda não tem nada que se pareça com o que chegou até nós. De verdade, super arrependido. Qualquer pessoa com livro de receitas consegue fazer um bolo com aparência melhor do que esse. Lamentável!
