★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olá pessoal. Foi a pior experiência que já tive com um estabelecimento que se diz especializada em bolos. Pois bem, encomendei um bolo na quinta-feira véspera de Natal. Mantive contato várias vezes com a funcionária através do WhatsApp deixando tudo certo. No dia seguinte passei pessoalmente no estabelecimento e a moça informou que o bolo ainda não estava pronto. Efetuei o pagamento adiantado e fiquei de voltar para pegar a encomenda. Nesse momento a funcionária disse não ser preciso pois eles fariam a entrega sem nenhum custo. Passei o endereço para funcionária e fui embora. Para Minha surpresa e espanto algum tempo depois, a funcionária me ligou dizendo que o bolo já tinha sido entregue, momento que interfonei para portaria e nada foi entregue. Liguei para loja e a funcionária teve a OUSADIA de pedir que eu fosse buscar meu bolo nos apartamentos que circundam minha residência, um verdadeiro absurdo. Dei um prazo para que resolvessem a situação. A mesma disse que iria mandar o entregador voltar e localizar o bolo para entregar. Após alguns minutos o entregador localizou meu apartamento e confirmou ter errado o endereço pelo fato da funcionária ter lhe repassado o endereço de forma errada. Pra piorar a situação, ao provar o bolo no dia de Natal, não era o que havia pedido, ou seja, solicitei um de nata e me mandaram de Banana com canela ou algo parecido, simplesmente um VERDADEIRO ABSURDO. Infelizmente uma empresa sem qualquer respeito pelo cliente, sem compromisso com a responsabilidade e acima de tudo enganam seus clientes usando de subterfúgios para tentar justificar o erro cometido. Foi a primeira e última vez que comprei nesse local. Não recomendo a ninguém. Fica aqui minha total insatisfação e indignação com essa empresa, principalmente com a funcionária que infelizmente foi a culpada por todo transtorno que passei.
 Hey guys. It was the worst experience I've ever had with an establishment that claims to be specialized in cakes. Well then, I ordered a cake on Christmas Eve Thursday. I kept in touch with the employee several times through WhatsApp, leaving everything alright. The next day I went personally to the establishment and the girl informed that the cake was not ready yet. I made the payment in advance and stayed back to pick up the order. At that moment, the employee said it was not necessary because they would deliver it at no cost. I gave the address to an employee and left. To My surprise and astonishment some time later, the employee called me saying that the cake had already been delivered, at which time I called the concierge and nothing was delivered. I called the store and the employee had the DARING to ask me to go get my cake in the apartments that surround my residence, a real absurdity. I gave a deadline for them to resolve the situation. She said she would send the delivery boy back and find the cake to deliver. After a few minutes the delivery person located my apartment and confirmed that he had the wrong address because the employee had given him the wrong address. To make matters worse, when I tasted the cake on Christmas Day, it wasn't what I had asked for, that is, I asked for a cream and they sent me a Banana with cinnamon or something similar, simply a TRUE ABSURD. Unfortunately a company without any respect for the customer, without commitment to responsibility and above all deceive their customers using subterfuges to try to justify the mistake made. It was the first and last time I shopped at this location. I don't recommend it to anyone. Here is my total dissatisfaction and indignation with this company, especially with the employee who was unfortunately to blame for all the inconvenience I went through.
