Agendei banho e tosa para meu pet, e para que fossem buscá-la. Ela saiu da minha casa às 13h:00 e até às 17h:40 não havia chegado, já achei um absurdo todo este tempo. Agora é que vem toda minha insatisfação: às 17h:25 recebi um telefonema avisando que a tosa não tinha sido feita devido problema na máquina de tosar, perguntei o porque somente naquele horário eu estava sendo avisado. Ora, máquina de tosar é uma ferramenta primordial em um Pet Shop, será que lá só existe uma? Esta desculpa pra mim não colou. Foi a primeira e pode ter a certeza que a última vez que procuro atendimento neste estabelecimento. Este post é do dia 09/08/19 às 17h:43 e o meu pet ainda não chegou.
 Bad service provision!
I scheduled a bath and grooming for my pet, and for them to get it. She left my house at 1:00 pm and until 5:40 pm she hadn't arrived, I thought it was absurd all this time. Now all my dissatisfaction comes: at 5:25 pm I received a phone call saying that the grooming had not been done due to a problem with the grooming machine, I asked why only at that time I was being warned. Now, a shearing machine is a primary tool in a Pet Shop, is there only one there? This excuse for me did not stick. It was the first and you can be sure that the last time I look for assistance in this establishment. This post is from 08/09/19 to 17h: 43 and my pet has not arrived yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voltei do interior com minha cadelinha e levei ao petshop, ela estava com carrapatos e a tosa ajudaria inclusive a aplicar o remédio. Recusaram a atender, a única alternativa seria utilizar alguns remédios caros oferecidos.
Fui em outro pet shop na região e fui super bem atendido. Sem ter que gastar uma grana com remédios oferecidos e podendo aplicar na cadelinha quando ela já estava em casa com menos pelos e limpa.
Entendo o medo de que "pegue carrapato" em outros cães, mas em outros pet shops nunca tive problemas em situações assim.
I came back from the countryside with my little dog and took it to the petshop, she had ticks and the grooming would even help to apply the medicine. They refused to attend, the only alternative would be to use some of the expensive remedies offered.
I went to another pet shop in the region and was very well attended. Without having to spend a lot of money on medicines offered and being able to apply it to the dog when she was already at home with less hair and clean.
I understand the fear of "catching ticks" in other dogs, but in other pet stores I've never had a problem in situations like this.

Funcionários qualificados. Atendimento veterinário, variedade de produtos, medicamentos, ração. Bom preço. Eu super recomendo!!! Tenho 4 cachorros e desde que comecei a levá-los no petshop Amor Pra Bicho nunca tive nenhum problema. Meus cachorros até abanam o rabinho quando chegam no Pet. Também conseguimos ver o banho e a tosa através de uma porta de vidro. Os proprietários estão sempre presentes acompanhando os serviços e atendendo com excelência. ????

Qualified employees. Veterinary care, variety of products, medicines, feed. Good price. I super recommend it !!! I have 4 dogs and since I started taking them to the Amor Pra Bicho petshop I have never had any problems. My dogs even wag their tails when they arrive at the Pet. We can also see the bath and grooming through a glass door. The owners are always present to accompany the services and attend with excellence. ????

Eles são super atenciosos com o cliente e com o seu pet, meus dois bebês sempre foram super bem tratados e o banho deles é sensacional. Eles estão sempre dispostos a te ajudar e prestam serviços que vão além de suas obrigações.

The pet shop love for animals is the best in the castle region, I went through a lot of bad experiences until I found them. They are super attentive to the client and their pet, my two babies have always been super cared for and their bath is amazing. They are always willing to help you and provide services that go beyond their obligations.

e pude observar lá de baixo o quanto ele foi maltratado durante a tosa. A tosadora pegava ele de qualquer jeito e ao girar o cachorro para outro lado empurrava com toda força, por um momento ele até latiu de dor. Além disso pedi uma tosa na tesoura, mas pelo que pude observar também foi feita na máquina.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre levo meu gato para vacinar, dar banho, cortar as unhas e, quando preciso, consultar. O atendimento é incrível e o cuidado com o animal é de outro mundo! Buscam e levam em casa caso você queira, o que é ótimo. Os preços dos medicamentos não são os mais competitivos, mas entendo que é difícil chegar perto dos preços dos pet centers. No entanto, sempre que precisei de um medicamento específico as meninas tentavam encontrar pra mim se não tinha na loja, o que acho um super diferencial!
I always take my cat to vaccinate, bathe, cut nails and, when necessary, consult. The service is incredible and the care for the animal is out of this world! Search and take them home if you want, which is great. Drug prices are not the most competitive, but I understand that it is difficult to get close to pet center prices. However, whenever I needed a specific medication the girls tried to find it for me if it wasn't in the store, which I think is a super differentiator!
