★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, tanto por ligação e WhatsApp, no WhatsApp já aviso, se você demorar 10 minutos para responder eles não termina o seu atendimento, e ainda justifica que demorou para responder, atendentes mal educadas.
Terrible service, both by call and WhatsApp, on WhatsApp I already warn you, if you take 10 minutes to answer they don't finish your service, and it still justifies that it took so long to answer, rude attendants.

Bad experience, more than 2 hours late for the appointment, lack of respect for people. If you can, avoid seeking care elsewhere.

Ambiente tranquilo e agradável.

Meu marido chegou antes das dez horas , recebeu a senha 10: 04 hs para uma consulta das 10h com o Dr Cristiano pediatra para o Nathan Mesquita meu filho , e simplesmente o doutor tinha ido embora , fora o gasto da gasolina pois somos de Campo Limpo Paulista, estou indignada com isso
Phone never works, it has to be in person or through the app if you want to know about exams, forget it... aff
My husband arrived before ten o'clock, he received the password at 10:04 am for an appointment at 10 am with Dr Cristiano a pediatrician for Nathan Mesquita my son, and the doctor had simply left, apart from the expense of gasoline because we are from Campo Limpo Paulista, I'm outraged by this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito demorado, estava marcado às 8h30 para realizar uma endoscopia no particular, e só fui atendido as 10h20, total descaso se não vai cumprir com horário por que agenda, atrasos podem acontecer mas de quase duas horas e palhaçada.
Very long service, I was scheduled at 8:30 am to perform an endoscopy in the private room, and I was only seen at 10:20 am, total disregard if you are not going to comply with the schedule because of what schedule, delays can happen more than almost two hours and clowning around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou indignada com o Amor saúde de Várzea Paulista, não é a primeira vez q tenho problemas, primeiro foi com minha mãe, e agora com meu marido.
Primeiro foi a falta de respeito na hora de marcar a consulta, levou quase o dia todo para me atenderem pelo whatsapp, e quando me atendeu, fizeram eu esperar mais um pouco, fui ai q questionei a falta de respeito.
Acredito q se não dá para trabalhar pelo whatsapp então não coloca
Consegui marcar Fitalmo para hoje as 10:30 e já são 11:34 e ainda não passamos pelo médico.
Nada aq é de graça, nem mascara se vc esquecer eles te fornece uma, acho um absurdo vc ter esperar tanto, já que vc paga.
Pra mim total falta de respeito.

I'm outraged by the Amor Saúde de Várzea Paulista, it's not the first time I've had problems, first it was with my mother, and now with my husband.
First it was the lack of respect when making the appointment, it took almost all day for me to be answered by whatsapp, and when they answered me, they made me wait a little longer, that's when I questioned the lack of respect.
I believe that if you can't work through whatsapp then don't put it
I managed to schedule Fitalmo for today at 10:30 and it's already 11:34 and we still haven't seen the doctor.
Nothing here is free, not even a mask if you forget they provide you with one, I think it's absurd that you have to wait so long, since you pay.
