A promessa era a entrega na terça feira(24/08) às 19h, até hoje dia 27/08 neste momento, eu não recebi minhas formulas.
Ontem a atendente do whatsapp, me mandou mensagem às 12h, dizendo que o motoboy havia saído com as entregas. Às 15:45 me liga outra atendente dizendo q teve problemas com a pessoa que faz um dos meus produtos, e perguntou se eu me importava de receber só parte do meu pedido, eu disse que não. E até agora não chegou meu pedido nem pela metade. Absurdo!

The promise was the delivery on Tuesday (24/08) at 7 pm, until today, 27/08 at this time, I have not received my formulas.

At 15:45 another operator called me saying she had problems with the person who makes one of my products, and asked if I would mind receiving only part of my order, I said no. And so far my order hasn't arrived even halfway. Absurd!

Super grossa , não tira as nformação da gente e quando tira é pela metade e quer apenas já ir pro pagamento.
Acho q os Dr Deveria Rever essa farmácia antes de indicar. Realmente Decepcionada.

Well, this pharmacy is recommended by some doctors (including mine) but the education of the attendants is horrible, one of them is "Eliana Silva".
Super thick, it doesn't take the information from us and when it takes it in half and it just wants to go to the payment.
I think Dr Should Review this pharmacy before indicating. Really disappointed.
Terrible.
