★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje novamente tive uma experiência horrível nessa loja fui comprar 2 bermuda aí na etiqueta tava um valor e perguntei se podia fazer troca, a vendedora falou que iria falar com a responsável da loja,qdo retornou simplesmente trocou a etiqueta do valor e falou que para troca eu teria que pagar um outro valor,pedi o caderno de reclamacao e a loja não tinha.
Today again I had a horrible experience in this store I went to buy 2 shorts there on the label there was a value and I asked if I could exchange it, the saleswoman said she would talk to the store manager, when she returned she simply changed the value tag and said that for exchange I would have to pay another amount, I asked for the complaint book and the store didn't have it.
