★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandei msg perguntando quantas maioneses vinham em cada lanche (pedi 2 lanches), a pessoa meu respondeu 2 para cada. Ainda assim confirmei: "4 no total né?!" E a resposta: "Sim". O lanche de R$ 17,00 vem apenas com UM ovo de codorna, a maionese que o funcionário me disse com todas as letras que seriam 4, veio apenas uma pra cada lanche, e ao invés de mandarem a coca zero que eu pedi e eles me confirmaram que tinha tbm n veio, mandaram uma normal no lugar. Comuniquei através de msg e eles apenas responderam: gostaria de trocar? Em nenhum momento sequer se desculparam. Achei o lanche fraco e o atendimento pior ainda.
I sent a message asking how many mayonnaise came with each snack (I ordered 2 snacks), my person answered 2 for each. Still I confirmed: "4 in total, right ?!" And the answer: "Yes". The R $ 17.00 snack comes only with ONE quail egg, the mayonnaise that the employee told me with all the letters that would be 4, only one for each snack, and instead of sending the zero coca I ordered and they confirmed that they had not come, they sent a normal one instead. I communicated via msg and they just replied: would you like to exchange? At no time did they even apologize. I found the snack weak and the service even worse.
