As it is a paid service, it is not free, they need to be more respectful with appointments with patients, who happen to pay for the service.

Terrible, poorly trained staff. There's no organization, they don't keep time, the place is crowded in the middle of the corona virus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O medico ortopedista é bom, mas não tinha aparelhos pra trabalhar. O dentista um bruto, quase morri de dor. O médico psiquiatra é bom,mas remarcou minha consulta duas vezes e tive que brigar com um funcionário pra conseguir receita de um remédio que tinha acabado. A Ginecologista é muito boa, mas agenda lotada e demorou meses pra começar atender. O atendimento dos funcionários é bom. Levando em consideração que a saúde pública de Mococa está precária, até que me serviu, mas infelizmente deixou muito a desejar.
The orthopedic doctor is good, but he didn't have devices to work with. The dentist is a brute, I almost died of pain. The psychiatrist is good, but he rescheduled my appointment twice and I had to fight with an employee to get a prescription for a medication that had run out. The gynecologist is very good, but she has a busy schedule and it took months to start seeing her. Staff service is good. Considering that Mococa's public health is precarious, it served me well, but unfortunately it left a lot to be desired.
