Fui passar no oftalmologista a consulta ao todo por 54 com direito a consulta, exame e retorno. Passei na oftalmologista o Unico exame que ela passou vou ter que pagar 275 mas o valor de 54 já cobria o exame e falaram que teria que pagar mais 32 de uma consulta mas tinha o direito de retorno. A clínica e puro golpe e um jogando as coisas para outros especialistas, a clínica não tem suporte nem tecnologia pra atender como oftalmologista, os equipamentos deles é os mesmo que tem numa ótica.
Fora o Lugar mega lotado com consulta marcada, os senhores de idade esperando mais que 1 hora pra ser atendido, e os médicos indo e voltando dando lentidão np atendimento

I went to the ophthalmologist for the consultation in all for 54 with the right to consultation, examination and return. I passed the ophthalmologist the only exam she passed, I will have to pay 275 but the amount of 54 already covered the exam and they said I would have to pay 32 more for a consultation but I had the right to return. The clinic is pure coup and one throws things to other specialists, the clinic does not have the support or technology to serve as an ophthalmologist, their equipment is the same as they have in an optician.
Apart from the mega-crowded place with an appointment, the elderly people waiting more than 1 hour to be seen, and the doctors coming and going, slowing down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horários HIPER inflexíveis, ou você entra muito tarde no trabalho, ou sai muito cedo pra chegar na clínica ou nem vai trabalhar, no Google diz que a clínica fecha às 20:00 mas os médicos só atendem até às 16:00 na maioria das vezes; atraso no atendimento, pessoas chegando depois e passando a sua frente, atendentes pouco atenciosas e o otorrino tem uma “mão pesada” que se meu ouvido já não estivesse inflamado inflamaria só com o procedimento que ele fez. Minha primeira e única experiência nessa clínica foi frustrante, não volto e não recomendo.

My first and only experience in this clinic was frustrating, I don't go back and I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, minha mãe tem 70 anos e teve que esperar 2 horas para ser atendida, estava com dor sem poder esperar sentada, era número 19 e quem era número 30 foi atendida foi atendida na frente. Perguntei qual critério para ser atendida, disseram que o médico escolhe os pacientes. Muito descaso com pessoas de idade. Péssimo atendimento.
Terrible care, my mother is 70 years old and had to wait 2 hours to be seen, she was in pain without being able to wait sitting down, it was number 19 and whoever was number 30 was attended to in front. I asked what criteria to be met, they said that the doctor chooses the patients. A lot of indifference to old people. Terrible attendance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O medico me atendeu solicitou um exame, o exame estava fora do meu orçamento, solicitei ao medico que colocasse o nome do exame na solicitação, pois estava sem nome, ja que iria ser feito por ele mesmo foi ai que ele disse que quem fizesse o exame teria que me tratar, pois se ele não fizesse o exame não poderia me tratar, pedi explicações detalhadas, o médico não quis dar, paguei o exame, o médico adiou o exame agora não me atende mais e meu dinheiro esta retido nenhum responsável pela clinica me atende nem me da explicações detalhadas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recepção superlotada, apesar da pandemia. Pessoas aglomeradas, não existe distanciamento. Pessoas utilizando a máscara de forma incorreta, ou melhor, não utilizando. Não existe fiscalização. Acentos colados de tal forma, que é quase impossível se sentar ou levantar.
Além de não existir ventilação no local. Nenhum ventilador disponível na área comum. Há 2 ar-condicionados, mas foram mantidos desligados.
Apesar da necessidade do agendamento, aparentemente, a ordem de chegada é o que prevalece.
Existe uma sala de número 8, onde consta uma placa nomeada "Sala de exames", mas evidentemente, deveria ser intitulada "Sala de reunião", ou ainda, sendo mais claro, "Sala da fofoca". Em 2h que permaneci no local, não presenciei, 1 paciente sequer, se aproximar da sala. Apenas enfermeiras e funcionários entrando e saindo o tempo inteiro. Enquanto isso, pacientes num longo aguardo.
E por fim, o cúmulo, médico sem máscara, mesmo durante o atendimento em consultório.
Não recomendo. Desembolsei por uma experiência oferecida gratuitamente no SUS.
Overcrowded reception despite the pandemic. Crowded people, there is no distance. People using the mask incorrectly, or rather, not using it. There is no supervision. Accents glued together in such a way that it is almost impossible to sit down or stand up.
In addition, there is no ventilation in the place. No fans available in the common area. There are 2 air conditioners, but they were kept off.
Despite the need for scheduling, apparently, the order of arrival prevails.
There is room number 8, where there is a sign named "Exam Room", but obviously it should be titled "Meeting Room", or even more clearly, "Gossip Room". In the 2 hours that I stayed there, I did not witness, not even 1 patient, approach the room. Just nurses and staff in and out all the time. Meanwhile, patients on a long wait.
And finally, the last straw, a doctor without a mask, even during consultations in the office.
I do not recommend. I paid for an experience offered free of charge on SUS.
