★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nossa, tive uma experiência excelente com eles, com atendimento e a instalação, pontuais e comprometidos, atenderam minhas expectativas, sem dúvidas, se precisar novamente já sei quem procurar, fechei uma mesa linda, e um fechamento de vidro e ficou lindo!!! amei!!!
 Wow, I had a great experience with them, service and installation, punctual and committed, met my expectations, no doubt, if you need again I know who to look for, I closed a beautiful table and a glass closing and was beautiful !!! loved it!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço. O envidraçamento mal feito. Nunca deu certo. Vieram 5 vezes para colocar silicone... Sem resolver o problema real. Desde abril passado, estamos aguardando para que voltem. Agora o problema não é só o fechamento, o piso vinílico descolou e se encheu de bolhas. Realmente triste. Não recomendo a Aplo vidros!
Poor service. The glazing badly done. It never worked. They came 5 times to put silicone ... Without solving the real problem. Since last April, we have been waiting for you to come back. Now the problem is not just closing, the vinyl floor has taken off and filled with bubbles. Really sad. I do not recommend the Aplo glasses!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jamais recomendaria. Desde agendar instalação, material entregue errado, finalização e pós venda, tudo que poderia ter dado errado deu. Agora as borrachas de vedação estão caindo , aguardei prazo de espera para técnico vir verificar e óbvio que nada, nem ligação.
Would never recommend. Since schedule install, material delivered wrong, finalization and after sales, all that could have gone wrong gave. Now the sealing rubbers are dropping, I waited for wait for technician to come check and obvious nothing, no connection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência . Fizeram mal feito , corte errado , tudo torto .Contratei em fevereiro .Quando reclamei foram lá e falaram que iam corrigir . Nunca mais voltaram . Ignoram meus emails , responderam no começo que era por conra da pandemia e depois simplesmente ignoraram , mas seguem fazendo orçamento e vendendo vidro e espelho normalmente . Só não atendem os erros . Se não corrigitem esta semana ainda vou entrar com ação.Para não responderem que nao identificam nenhum epedido em meu nome , segue o numero do pedido 10.856 - MARISTELA SORDI
Bad experience. They did it wrong, cut it wrong, everything was crooked. I hired in February. When I complained they went there and said they were going to correct it. They never came back. They ignore my emails, they answered at the beginning that it was because of the pandemic and then they simply ignored it, but they continue to budget and sell glass and mirrors as usual. They just don't answer mistakes. If they do not correct this week, I will still take action. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou muito chateada com o atendimento e a condução do processo após fechamento com a Amplos Vidros. Não feche com eles.
Há algum tempo fechei dois espelhos em casa: um mosaico e outro no banheiro. Depois de fechar e com a primeira parcela paga:
1- quando vieram medir disseram que iam cortar reto e como a parede era torta eu iria ter que arrumar a parede depois. Somente após uma longa conversa que se propuseram a acertar no corte do espelho, o que era mais óbvio
2- depois da visita, atrasaram quase uma semana pra enviar as medidas pra fazer o projeto do mosaico.
3- no final, entregaram no dia acordado (depois de muita cobrança sobre a confirmação da data que eram ignoradas). Porém, chegaram em casa as 17h pra começar a instalar, esqueceram o espelho do banheiro e trouxeram o projeto errado.
4- optei por aceitar o projeto com menores ajustes pra não prejudicá-los, pois caso contrario teriam que fazer tudo novamente, em troca de um desconto que iriam verificar
5- vieram mais TRÊS vezes em casa sem conseguir acertar o espelho, atrasando a entrega final em quase duas semanas.
6- durante todo esse processo, a pessoa que vendeu NUNCA me ligou ou se explicou sobre o que estava ocorrendo. Eu que tinha que ficar acionando, e ela não respondia ou demorava a retornar, como se nada estivesse acontecendo
7- Finalmente, depois de finalizado quando fui negociar o desconto, me deram 70,00 de desconto. Eu disse que por esse valor não valia a pena ter o projeto diferente do original. Ai nesse momento me avisaram que já não dava pra remover o espelho e que eu teria que aceitar como estava ou prejudicar a parede.
Realmente uma experiência muito ruim, principalmente no atendimento.
I am very upset with the service and the conduct of the process after closing with Amplos Vidros. Don't close with them.
Some time ago I closed two mirrors at home: a mosaic and another in the bathroom. After closing and with the first installment paid:
1- when they came to measure they said they were going to cut straight and as the wall was crooked I would have to fix the wall afterwards. Only after a long conversation did they set out to hit the mirror cut, which was more obvious
2- after the visit, they delayed almost a week to send the measures to make the mosaic project.
3- in the end, they delivered on the agreed day (after much charge on confirmation of the date that were ignored). However, they got home at 5pm to start installing, they forgot the bathroom mirror and brought the wrong design.
4- I chose to accept the project with minor adjustments so as not to harm them, because otherwise they would have to do everything again, in exchange for a discount that they would check
5- they came three more times at home without being able to hit the mirror, delaying the final delivery by almost two weeks.
6- throughout this process, the person who sold NEVER called or explained what was going on. I had to keep calling, and she didn't respond or was slow to return, as if nothing was happening
7- Finally, after finishing when I went to negotiate the discount, they gave me 70.00 discount. I said that for that amount it was not worth having the project different from the original. Then, they told me that I could no longer remove the mirror and that I would have to accept it as it was or damage the wall.
Really a very bad experience, especially in attendance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de dar uma nota melhor mas a experiência não foi legal, muita detalhes que não ficaram bons, instalação, meu box está com problemas até hoje e olha que comprei as melhores dobradiças… tem alternativas melhores no mercado. É uma empresa difícil de fazer negócio, desde a compra a resolução. Infelizmente, tinha altas expectativas.
I would like to give a better grade but the experience was not good, many details that were not good, installation, my box is still having problems and I bought the best hinges… there are better alternatives on the market. It is a difficult company to do business with, from purchase to resolution. Unfortunately, I had high expectations.
