★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi ontem pela primeira vez, demorou mais de duas horas pra chegar, a máquina de cartão veio descarregada, e quando fomos comer não tinham mandado os molhos, nem os hashis, nada... Reclamei pelo whatsapp e eles nem fizeram muito caso. Mal responderam! Infelizmente não sabem cativar clientes... Sushi sem molho é a mesma coisa que carne sem tempero... Terrível!
I ordered it yesterday for the first time, it took more than two hours to arrive, the card machine came unloaded, and when we went to eat they didn't send the sauces, nor the chopsticks, anything... I complained on whatsapp and they didn't even pay much attention. They barely answered! Unfortunately they don't know how to captivate customers... Sushi without sauce is the same thing as meat without seasoning... Terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já pedi várias vezes, nas 2 primeiras fui bem atendida e o pedido chegou no prazo estipulado.
Agora já é a segunda vez que eu peço e o pedido chegou super atrasado. Fora que veio igual um “mexidão”, todas as peças misturadas e embaralhadas dentro da embalagem. Infelizmente está faltando profissionalismo por parte da empresa. Aconselho buscar por ajudas junto ao SEBRAE e fazer uma logística de entregas. No que se refere ao sabor, ok. O(A) sushiman é bom. Porém é necessário rever a qualidade dos ingredientes. No mais, mais cedo ou mais tarde, não havendo mudanças, a Ami Sushi estará com problemas junto ao PROCON.

Unfortunately, the company lacks professionalism. I advise you to seek help from SEBRAE and make a delivery logistics. As for the taste, ok. The sushiman is good. However, it is necessary to review the quality of the ingredients. Anyway, sooner or later, if there are no changes, Ami Sushi will be in trouble with PROCON.
