★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu moro no Jardim dos Pinheiros, última rua que fica ao lado da Rodovia Dom Pedro 1, próximo a essa indústria e ao clube de tiro. E afirmo que não ouço esse barulho que vocês alegam. E olha que tenho audição aguçada viu. Gosto de silêncio! A única que ouço é o barulho dos carros, motos e carretas na estrada. Mas isso tudo é normal, tive que adaptar e acostumar. Esse residencial Porto Atibaia passei em frente outro dia e fica lá pra dentro, bem distante viu.

Moro no Jardins dos Pinheiros e somos impactado por esta poluição sonora que vem desta empresa. Até aonde conhecemos existe lei complementar sobre poluição sonora aonde a emissão de sons e ruídos deve obedecer ao interesse da saúde e sossego público.
Tal situação está impactando situação de alto stress e ansiedade pois temos que colocar fones de ouvido em nossa própria propriedade para tentar reduzir o impacto em nossa saúde física e mental. Além disto existe o impacto em nossa fauna e flora e em nossos animais de estimação.
É realmente inaceitável como esta indústria esta em pleno funcionamento sem ter que investir em redução deste ruído insuportável que a mesma esta produzindo, lembrado que até em condomínios empresariais é necessário realizar adaptações para abafar os ruídos.
Adicionalmente, estão trabalhando e produzindo poluição sonora há noite, madrugada e aos finais de semana.
Temos tudo gravado, filmado e bem documentado ..

I live in Jardins dos Pinheiros and we are impacted by this noise pollution that comes from this company. As far as we know there is a complementary law on noise pollution where the emission of sounds and noises must obey the interest of public health and peace.
Such a situation is impacting a situation of high stress and anxiety as we have to put headphones on our own property to try to reduce the impact on our physical and mental health. In addition, there is an impact on our fauna and flora and on our pets.
It is really unacceptable how this industry is in full operation without having to invest in reducing this unbearable noise that it is producing, remembering that even in business condominiums it is necessary to make adaptations to muffle the noises.
Additionally, they are working and producing noise pollution at night, dawn and on weekends.
We have everything recorded, filmed and well documented.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentei contato diversas vezes no departamento comercial, a maioria das ligações sem sucesso e quando o rapaz me atendeu foi muito sem educação e desligou o telefone sem no mínimo tentar transferir a ligação para o departamento a qual eu desejava.
Pelo visto a empresa está bem saudável financeiramente, por isso não estão querendo novos negócios!!
I tried to contact the commercial department several times, most of the calls were unsuccessful and when the guy answered he was very rude and hung up the phone without even trying to transfer the call to the department I wanted.
Apparently the company is very healthy financially, so they are not looking for new business!!
