A lot of quality material, but left something to be desired in the service. We were practically alone in the store making choices and checking prices. It is close to self-service. I even think it would be more fair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na hora de vender, prometem toda garantia que o cliente desejar, mas quando você precisa lhe enganam, tratam com desrespeito e fazem um serviço imundo na sua mercadoria. Comprei uma mala, dois dias depois viajei e após 7 dias de viagem está quebrou, além de resistirem para reparar o dano na mala, ainda fizeram um serviço de péssima qualidade. Não comprem nessa loja!
When it comes to selling, they promise all the guarantee that the customer wants, but when you need it they deceive you, treat you with disrespect and do a filthy service on your merchandise. I bought a suitcase, two days later I traveled and after 7 days of travel it was broken, in addition to resisting to repair the damage to the suitcase, they still did a poor quality service. Do not buy from this store!
