I've only taken my pets to Dr Ana Carla for over 20 years and she was a great doctor. Dedicated, she loves her patients and I only rate 1000 and the cost-benefit is fair.

Quando levei pra doutora Ana nós começamos um tratamento e hoje ele raramente apresenta recaídas. Tanto a doutora Ana quanto a Doutora Ingrid são pessoas e profissionais incríveis.
My dog had a disease that came and went all the time, I took him to many different vets, none of them resolved. When I took it to Dr. Ana, we started a treatment and today he rarely relapses. Both Dr. Ana and Dr. Ingrid are incredible people and professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A doutora é uma benção. Extremamente atenciosa, simpática, educada. Muito competente, nunca vi nada parecido, e já fui em vários. Maaaaaas, se você for de manhã tire a manhã toda e talvez um pouco do início da tarde, se for de tarde tire ela toda e talvez o início da noite. Já fiquei 5 horas esperando e quando foi rápido foram 2 horas e muito quase 3 horas. Fora a demora que é extremamente grande não tenho nada a reclamar, pelo contrário nota 10. Só não leva 5 estrelas pela demora mesmo.
The doctor is a blessing. Extremely attentive, friendly, polite. Very competent, I've never seen anything like it, and I've been to several. Maaaaas, if you go in the morning, take the whole morning and maybe a little bit of the early afternoon, if you go in the afternoon, take it all and maybe the beginning of the night. I've been waiting 5 hours and when it was fast it was 2 hours and very nearly 3 hours. Apart from the delay, which is extremely long, I have nothing to complain about, on the contrary, it scores 10. It just doesn't take 5 stars for the delay.
