★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendida, porém a gerente deixa muito a desejar. Tive problema com 3 vestidos da loja, os 3 vestidos após a primeira lavagem encolheram. Me desloquei do Rio para a cidade de Petrópolis , querendo então obter uma solução referente as peças.
Se eu não tivesse conhecimento dos meus direitos como consumidora a dona da loja não teria trocado os vestidos que eu havia comprado. Tive uma péssima experiência com a loja!!!
I was very well attended, but the manager leaves much to be desired. I had a problem with 3 dresses from the store, the 3 dresses after the first wash shrunk. I moved from Rio to the city of Petrópolis, wanting to obtain a solution regarding the pieces.
If I had not been aware of my rights as a consumer, the owner of the store would not have changed the dresses I had bought. I had a bad experience with the store !!!
